MOCON OTR OX-TRAN^® 2/40: 

MOCON OTR OX-TRAN 2/40 series is the evalution in measurment of OTR for whole Package Sample. MOCON OTR OX-TRAN 2/40 based on same technology of MOCON patented coulox sensor used to measure OTR.

MOCON OTR OX-TRAN 2/40 unit having four testing chambers which are capable to test four sifferent packages as well as capable to test flat film such as Films/Laminates for OTR. MOCON OTR OX-TRAN 2/40 provides high throuput specially helps in Package testing.

Any plastic films/Laminates or Packages such as trays, bottes, contaners, blisters etc permeates. Our MOCON OTR OX-TRAN 2/40 measures these trasmitted oxygen molecules from one side (Test side) to other side (carrier side) of test sample & it goes to coulox sensor for Oxygen trasmission rate (OTR) measurement. The results reported in terms of cc/pkg.day for Packages and cc/m².day for flat films/laminates. 

MOCON OTR OX-TRAN 2/40 comes in three different models:

MOCON OTR OX-TRAN 2/40 H ,OTR Range: 0.05 to 2000 cc/m2.d (with 100% O₂)

MOCON OTR OX-TRAN 2/40 L,OTR Range: 0.005 to 2000 cc/m2.d (with 100% O₂)

MOCON OTR OX-TRAN 2/40 10x,OTR Range: 0.0005 to 2000 cc/m2.d (with 100% O₂)

Temprature Range : 10°C to 50°C (+/-  0.2°C)

RH Range: 0% & 5 to 90%.
