Return Policy
- Custom Dresses: Returns are not accepted for custom-sized dresses or dresses with any requested alterations.
- Standard Size Dresses: For regular-sized dresses with no alterations, please submit your return request within 5 days of receiving the dress. The returned item must be in perfect condition, as new. You may try the dress on, but please ensure no stretching or marks. Dresses that are damaged, stretched, or dirty will not be accepted.
- Refusal of Returns: We reserve the right to refuse unreasonable returns. This includes cases such as incorrect custom measurements provided by the customer, a correctly-made standard size that was wrongly chosen, or if the event is canceled, and the dress is no longer needed.
- Customs and Fees: Customers are responsible for clearing customs taxes. If the tax is not cleared, and the item is returned, the return shipping fee will be covered by the customer. We do not bear customs duties, and all potential customs fees are outside the scope of our Free Shipping offer.
