This is not true with Wilkes & Riley Non-Iron shirts. The fabrics are woven from two-ply extra-long staple American grown Supima cotton. This fiber is world renowned for its superior softness that continues to get softer with age. Additionally, Supima cotton is much stronger than regular cotton fiber which allows our shirt to wear longer. A proprietary manufacturing process ensures the highest wrinkle-free performance rating for a 100% cotton shirt. This process also ensures that there is virtually no shrinkage. Patented pucker-free technology ensures smooth seams throughout the shirt. Wilkes & Riley Non-Iron shirts maintain a superior level of color retention. These shirts look as vibrant after 20 washes as they did when first purchased.
